Photofull

OK. This is going to be a photo-heavy post, just because I can.

First, let’s start with my photos for the WWC yesterday. The words this week were Raw and Finished.

This is the “raw” sweet fern that Steve brought home from his dad’s house. He swears if you boil it and then rub the “juice” on poison ivy, wrinkles, etc., it’s a miracle cure. Um, whatever dude.

Sweet Fern

And this is the Finished product.

Sweet Fern Juice

Next, I finally got around to looking through the pictures from Grace’s birthday. My entire side of the family went to a cool miniature golf place where we golfed, ate ice cream, rode a miniature steam engine, etc. We all had a great time!

This was the longest damn miniature golf green I’ve ever seen in my life. I was standing where you tee off, and Grace is WAAAAY down there at the hole. Hannah, of course, is in a typical Hannah pose… hand on her hip, head wagging, and getting ready to be all sorts of bossy. LOL!

Longest Mini Golf Hole Ever

In this photo, Grace scored a “Hole in Two”. LOL! All day long, whatever her score was on each hole, she’d call it a “Hole in Three”, “Hole in Four”, etc. It was hilarious! Anyway, in this picture, she was apparently excited. LOL!

WOOHOO! A Hole in Two!

And next we have Hannah, yelling about something. Like usual. Sigh.

Yo!

After we ate, we all got ice cream. Grace got vanilla ice cream with gummy bears on top. LOL!

Birthday Sundae

Once we left there, we all went back to my parents’ house, where we had birthday cake and opened some presents. :)

Thinking About Her Wish

Making a Wish

And this last one, my friends, is reason #899,063 why I couldn’t live without my ACR and Photoshop:

BEFORE:

Birthday Wishes (Before)

AFTER:

Granted, it’s still not great, but at least you can see her, right? LOL!

Birthday Laughs

Have a fantastic day gang! I’m off to eat lunch and do more laundry and work and stuff.

[I've lost a couple of pics that way too, prior to my dig Cannon....sigh]

The B/W is awesome...Lil Gal reminds me so true to spirit of my own Lil'Gal!

I'm in love with Photoshop. If it could please me in other ways, besides visually, I might actually be marrying it instead.

Btw, I didn't think about that with the stamps. Good point! Thank you chicka. See? I screw things up before I get them right. If you have the time or would like to try your hand at the invitations go for it!

I just didn't know whether I would be able to get them printed locally and get envelopes for less than the $1.64 they were selling them for on the site. Holy crap, who knew all this stuff was so expensive?!
