Tales From a Redneck Wedding - Part II

OK. So the reception was, um, interesting. Nothing too exciting actually happened, but there was definitely a lot to look at. They say a picture's worth a thousand words, so without further ado, I present you with these gems...

Now before y'all start saying I'm a snobby bitch, I will say this. Although this type of wedding reception and attire isn't necessarily the usual in this area, it's also not completely unheard of either. In many ways, it was more fun than a "traditional" wedding reception. Everyone there seemed to have fun, which is really what's most important. But it definitely makes for good blogging material, no? LOL!

Those are great pictures! Yes, I agree, that type of wedding would be more fun than having to dress up and be proper for hours! Haha!

Hey, if you have not already noticed, I am able to see your site now! :)

I loved Part I & II of your redneck wedding mini series! Too funny! I just don't think jeans at a wedding is really appropriate. It's that snobby of me then oh well, I guess I'm somewhat of a snob! :) lol

Yeeehaw! When can we expect the next season to start? I mean, the next wedding. Surely this one isn't going to last is it?

I loved your descriptions and then the pictures. Priceless. Was that the groom wearing blue jeans in the last picture?

A few of those pictures look like they're from a bad middle school dance. LOL!

Hey, at least you were entertained. ;-) Isn't that what REALLY matters?

LOL Tink... no, that wasn't the groom. I believe that was one of the groom's friends though.

And yes Beth, I was definitely entertained. It was funny though, because at one point, I was sitting there watching the preparations for the garter toss and the girl next to me (that I know) started laughing hysterically and said, "What exactly are you thinking right now?" Apparently, my face kind of gave away my utter disbelief at some of the people/things there. LMAO!
