We did it...

We bought the girls one of those inflatable water slides for their birthdays. I got the one I posted down below, which is this one:

I'm so freakin' excited! LOL! But we're waiting to give it to them until next Saturday at Hannah's party. I don't know if I can wait that long. LOL!

And today was Grace's last day of kindergarten. We officially have a 1st grader in the house. (I think. When is a kid officially in the next grade? The day the previous grade ends? Or the first day of the new grade? LOL!) Anyway, it's weird to have a kid that old. I'm so proud of her. I have no idea what the HELL I'm going to do with her all summer, so it should be um, interesting. But in many, many ways it'll be pretty cool too. I guess I could always just throw her outside on her new water slide. LOL!

so glad you got that for the girls!! And who needs to plan things to do for Gracie when you have that in the backyard...seriously that like limitless fun. Don't be surprised if the next time we are driving down to Maryland we stop by your house for a visit ;)

And i've always said Daynah was the next grade as soon as she finished the previous year. So in three weeks i'll have a 2nd grader and 2 junior kindergartners (i'm going to pass out on the first day of school next year i just know it LOL)

Dave wants to get one of these so badly for the kids, but I'm a bit wary just because it looks like a lot of work. So...give me a review at the end of the summer, okay?

Oops, posted about the first grade thing down below. As soon as the report cards are handed out the kids are promoted to the next grade. So much fun.
