How We Spent Our Day...

Outside. We seriously spent the entire day outside today. We came inside for a whopping total of two hours while Hannah napped and I talked to my friend on the phone. We finally came inside around 6:45, exhausted, filthy, and in desperate need of some soap and water.

I love days like today. Mostly because I successfully wore both girls out enough to have them sleeping by 8:00 PM (it's usually around 9:00), so I'm in my glory right now.

Spring rules. It was chilly this morning (when these pictures were taken), but then the sun came out, it was in the 70's, and we were outside in short sleeves. Ahhhh....

Great pictures! I love the one w/ the two of them. I am jealous of your weather. Here I am in 20 degree, snowy ass weather. *sigh*

I agree though, when it was nice before this last storm we were spending a lot of time outside too, at the park, taking walks to the lake, etc and it was awesome.

Oh, they are really dolls! And they look so much alike in the nose and cheeks, but the hair and eyes are so different! Good mix of the two of you, I bet.

I'm in California, and our weather stinks! I am LOOONNNGING for spring like that!

OMG, I love that picture of Grace with the golf club! The way she's standing cracks me up.

Thanks guys!

Amber, Grace (the one on the left) is identical to my husband. Hannah is my little mini-me. LOL! I'll have to find some pictures of all of us so you can see.

Katherine, I have NO idea why she stood like that. But it makes me laugh too. LOL!

I never realized before how "night and day" your daughters are! They're both so beautiful in different ways.

LOL Tink! Yes, Grace is Steve's clone and Hannah is mine. Since Steve and I don't look alike (LOL), neither do our kids.

Unlike Doug and I who look like we could be siblings....yet STILL both my kids look identical to him! *snort*

[sigh] I always wanted ONE kid to look a bit like me....

I LOVE spring too. I can hardly wait for the good weather to stick!!

Your girls are adorable.

I do love tuckering them out when they play outside all day...
